We’re back with Heels Floorwork Programs! This 8 week program will take you through 6 weeks of focused training and 2 weeks of preparation for our video shoot.

During our training classes, dancers will review the basics while progressing to variations in their rolls, dives, shoulder stands, worm and kipups. Dancers will be guided with individual help during these classes to help them understand how to accomplish these goals

The video shoot will be a whirlpool water set where dancers get to showcase their knowledge and skills they’ve learnt throughout the course. Each solo video allows dancer to adapt the routine to the variations they have achieved in class and get individual feedback on their progress through the sessions.
